Speaking & Media
I contribute to public discussion where leadership, governance and complex reform need to be made understandable without losing the substance of the issue.
Across parliamentary hearings, government and industry forums, media interviews and long-form conversations, my focus is practical: clarify the issue, bring different perspectives into the discussion and keep attention on what decisions mean in practice.

Public & industry leadership
I contribute to reform beyond the organisations I lead — through parliamentary engagement, government advisory work, industry forums and public discussion. The common thread is working across different interests to turn complex policy and system issues into practical choices and stronger outcomes.

Speaking
Drawing on more than 25 years across complex organisations, public policy and reform, I speak about leadership, governance and what it takes to turn intent into outcomes.
