Across parliamentary hearings, government and industry forums, media interviews and long-form conversations, my focus is practical: clarify the issue, bring different perspectives into the discussion and keep attention on what decisions mean in practice.

Leading Through Noise: Building Confidence in Reform. A national leadership discussion about navigating uncertainty while maintaining confidence, accountability, lived experience and focus on the people reform is intended to serve.
NDIS SDA Design Standard Review
Technical Working Group. Contributing executive and sector expertise alongside government, building, access, allied health and housing specialists to support the review of the next edition of the national SDA Design Standard.
Housing Hub National Event — 2026
Disruptive Ideas in Disability Housing. Joining national leaders, people with disability and industry voices in October 2026 to challenge established approaches and explore how housing systems can shift power, agency and choice toward the people who use them.

Speaking
Drawing on more than 25 years across complex organisations, public policy and reform, I speak about leadership, governance and what it takes to turn intent into outcomes. My work explores how leaders navigate complexity, make better decisions, build alignment and keep systems connected to the people they serve. I also speak on disability housing, NDIS reform and the role of lived experience in shaping better decisions.
